Shopmobility provides accessible shopping for those who need it and Mill Gate is pleased to support the shopmobility scheme, unlocking the many access barriers faced by people with a disability (permanent or temporary), through the provision of mobility equipment. We have a wide range of customer service facilities to make shopping easier:
Disabled ParkingDisabled Parking is provided in our car park; we have 24 spaces on the ground level and 9 on level 3
Disabled ToiletsDisabled toilets - these are located in the corridor next to M&S off Union Arcade. View our map to locate.
Manuel WheelchairsThese can be hired from Shopmobility located outside Union Arcade entrance. A limited number of manual wheelchairs are also available for free hire from the Customer Information desk in The Mall. Two forms of identification are required.
